Consultas públicas e licenciamento ambiental foram pautas da 214ª Reunião Ordinária do Consema 

O Conselho Estadual do Meio Ambiente (Consema) realizou sua 214ª Reunião Ordinária do Plenário nesta sexta-feira (5). Estiveram na pauta temas sobre consultas públicas e licenciamento ambiental, além de ser comunicado o retorno das atividades das Câmaras Recursais. 

Na oportunidade, foi apresentado pela representante do Crea que presidiu a mesa nesta sessão, Fernanda Vanhoni, e pelo secretário executivo do Conselho Estadual do Meio Ambiente, Jonas Comin, o relatório da última consulta pública sobre Espécies Exóticas Invasoras em Santa Catarina. O processo seguirá para a Câmara Técnica de Atividades Florestais (CTAFLO), do Consema, para a respectiva avaliação técnica das contribuições.

Além disso, o secretário adjunto da Secretaria de Estado do Meio Ambiente e da Economia Verde (Semae), Guilherme Dallacosta, informou em primeira mão aos conselheiros a consulta pública sobre logística reversa de embalagens, aberta nesta sexta-feira (5). 

Outro tema foi em relação às dispensas de licenciamento ambiental mediante decretos de emergência. Após as contribuições do plenário, foi deliberado o encaminhamento da demanda à Câmara Técnica de Gerenciamento Costeiro (CTGERCO), do Consema, para análise e possíveis adequações ao regramento atual.

Por fim, também foi anunciado o retorno das atividades das Câmaras Recursais a partir deste mês de abril, com o julgamento dos processos administrativos ambientais em segunda instância.

Participaram do encontro representantes das secretarias de Estado, órgãos da administração direta, empresas públicas, institutos, universidades, associações, conselhos profissionais e federações da área ambiental em Santa Catarina.

Sobre o Consema

O Conselho Estadual de Meio Ambiente é um órgão formado por representantes de 38 (trinta e oito) entidades do poder público e da sociedade civil organizada, que visa orientar as diretrizes da política estadual do meio ambiente. Seu caráter é consultivo, deliberativo, normativo e recursal.

As informações completas desta reunião serão publicadas no próximo mês, após a aprovação da ata pelos membros do Conselho. Todo o material estará disponibilizado em  https://www.semae.sc.gov.br/conselhos-e-foruns/.
