Semae promove novos atendimentos do RetifiCAR em Mafra e Itaiópolis

A pasta prevê a realização de 1,2 mil atendimentos até dezembro deste ano

De 13 a 16/10, técnicos da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente e da Economia Verde (Semae), realizam novos atendimentos do projeto RetifiCAR nas cidades de Mafra e Itaiópolis, no Sindicato Rural local desses municípios. Nesses mutirões, proprietários rurais recebem auxílio para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas aos procedimentos necessários para a retificação dos Cadastros Ambientais Rurais (CAR), que serão analisados posteriormente. Cerca de 200 novos atendimentos estão previstos nesses municípios nesta semana. 

“Nos atendimentos do Retificar, nossos técnicos orientam os produtores de forma individualizada e focada nas dúvidas e necessidades de cada um, de modo a prepará-los de forma objetiva para a etapa de análise para retificação do documento.

Dessa forma, avançamos com agilidade e precisão, tornando o processo de gestão do CAR mais eficiente e transparente. Nosso foco é reduzir erros, acelerar as análises e encurtar a fila de emissões desse instrumento essencial para a regularização ambiental do estado”, destaca Bruno Beilfuss, coordenador de Regularização Ambiental da Semae.

Esse novo roteiro no Planalto Norte integra a agenda atual do RetifiCAR, após encerramento da etapa piloto da iniciativa na primeira quinzena de setembro deste ano. A Coordenadoria de Regularização Ambiental da Semae prevê a realização de um mutirão a cada 15 dias, totalizando 1,2 mil novos atendimentos até dezembro deste ano. Os próximos atendimentos serão realizados em Campo Alegre, Papanduva, Major Vieira, Monte Castelo, Rio Negrinho e São Bento do Sul.

“O incentivo à sustentabilidade no campo e o apoio aos produtores rurais são estratégias essenciais para equilibrar desenvolvimento econômico e conservação ambiental. Com o respaldo do governador Jorginho Mello, temos intensificado as iniciativas voltadas à economia verde e ao crescimento sustentável em todas as regiões de Santa Catarina”, destaca o secretário do Meio Ambiente e da Economia Verde, Emerson Stein.

Sobre o RetifiCAR

O objetivo dos mutirões do RetifiCAR é promover a celeridade no processo de regularização ambiental desses imóveis conforme previsto no Código Florestal Brasileiro e demais instrumentos ambientais legais. A Semae trabalha atualmente na estruturação de corpo técnico, sistemas e infraestrutura física de uma diretoria específica, que será responsável pelas análises finais do Cadastro Ambiental Rural em Santa Catarina. 

O projeto é uma iniciativa da Confederação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Brasil, (CNA), coordenada pela Federação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Estado de Santa Catarina (FAESC), com cooperação técnica da Semae e apoio do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural (SENAR/SC) e dos Sindicatos Rurais de cada município.

O CAR em Santa Catarina

O Cadastro Ambiental Rural é um registro eletrônico que contém todos os registros e informações ambientais e é obrigatório para todos os imóveis rurais. O documento auxilia na regularização ambiental das propriedades rurais e coleta informações de áreas de proteção permanente (APP), reservas legais, florestas e vegetação nativa que ainda existem na propriedade, entre outros dados. Em Santa Catarina, existem hoje, 414.257 cadastros.
