Semae coordena reunião ordinária do Consema para execução da política de meio ambiente no estado

O secretário de Estado do Meio Ambiente e da Economia Verde (Semae), Guilherme Dallacosta, presidiu nesta sexta-feira, 6, a 218ª reunião do Conselho Estadual do Meio Ambiente de Santa Catarina (Consema/SC). Mais de 30 entidades estaduais estiveram presentes no encontro. Representantes da SAR, Casan, Fiesc, OAB, PGE, UFSC, Policia Militar Ambiental, entre outras, contribuíram nas discussões sobre as listas de atividades sujeitas à licenciamento ambiental e a listagem das espécies exóticas com alto potencial de dispersão.

“A reunião foi de extrema importância, pois permitiu alinhamentos entre todas as entidades envolvidas com a pauta do meio ambiente. E além disso, pudemos incluir novos municípios com competência de licenciamento ambiental. Já são 140 cidades contribuindo com o Consema agora”, afirmou o secretário Guilherme Dallacosta.

:: Outras pautas também foram discutidas durante o encontro

  • Foram informados os municípios que passaram a ter competência de licenciamento de atividades com impacto ambiental local.
  • Aprovação a listagem das atividades ou empreendimentos que causem ou possam causar impacto ambiental de âmbito local, sujeitas ao licenciamento ambiental municipal e estabelece outras providências.
  • O próximo encontro do Consema acontecerá dia 4 de outubro.

Sobre o Consema

O Consema é um órgão superior de caráter colegiado, consultivo, normativo e deliberativo, integrante da estrutura organizacional da Semae, e que tem por finalidade elaborar e orientar as diretrizes da Política Estadual do Meio Ambiente do Estado. As reuniões de deliberações e discussão do órgão são realizadas toda primeira sexta-feira de cada mês.
